Terms of Use
By downloading or using Draft & Bid you agree to these terms and to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement.
1. What Draft & Bid does
Draft & Bid is provided for personal, non-commercial use. Information shown in the app is for general purposes and is not professional advice.
2. Your content
- You keep all rights to the content you add to the app.
- You confirm you have the right to use any content you add, and you will not add unlawful content.
- You grant us the limited right to process your content solely to provide the features you use.
3. Premium subscription
- Premium features require an active subscription (for example weekly or yearly), purchased through the App Store. Prices are shown in the app before purchase.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel them in iOS Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions.
- Refunds are handled by Apple under App Store rules.
4. Fair use
Do not use Draft & Bid to create harmful or infringing content, to reverse engineer the app, or to overload or bypass its limits. We may suspend access for abuse.
5. Online rooms and player names
In online rooms the name you enter is shown to everyone in the room. Do not use names that are offensive, hateful, sexual, that impersonate someone else or that contain personal information such as phone numbers. Rooms are private and joined only by code or invite link; share them only with people you know. The room creator can remove any player from the lobby, and we may block rooms or players that break these rules.
6. Availability and changes
We may add, change or remove features and content, and we may update these terms; continued use after a change means you accept it. The service depends on third-party providers and may be unavailable at times.
7. Disclaimer and liability
Draft & Bid is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law we exclude all warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for decisions made on the basis of information in the app. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the last 12 months.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Consumers keep any mandatory protections of their own country.
