Draft & Bid

Privacy Policy

Effective October 16, 2026 · Draft & Bid for iOS · Developer: Ömer Erbalta

This policy explains what data Draft & Bid handles, why, and where it goes. The app does not require an account, does not show ads, does not track you and does not sell your data.

1. Playing on one phone

2. Online rooms

When you create or join an online room, the game is played through Google Firebase:

Choose a nickname rather than your full name; the name you enter is shown to everyone in the room.

3. AI judge

After the auction, an AI judge scores and ranks the squads:

4. Topic packs

Topic packs are downloaded from Firebase Hosting so new packs can arrive without an app update. This is a plain file download; no personal data is sent.

5. Analytics and crash reports

Firebase data is processed by Google under the Firebase Privacy and Security terms and the Google Privacy Policy. Draft & Bid does not use the advertising identifier, does not ask for tracking permission, and does not track you across other companies' apps or websites.

6. Purchases

Premium subscriptions are sold through Apple's App Store. Apple handles payment, billing and refunds; we never see your payment details. The app checks your subscription status with Apple to unlock Premium.

7. Data retention

Online room data is deleted 24 hours after the room is created. Data on your device stays until you delete the app. Analytics and crash data are retained by Firebase for up to 14 months.

8. Children

Draft & Bid is a party game for groups and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

9. Your rights

To ask for your data to be deleted, or for any question about this policy, write to erbalta80@gmail.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under GDPR, the UK GDPR, the CCPA or Türkiye's KVKK; we honour them on request.

10. Changes

We will post any changes on this page and update the effective date above.
